‌1、Worry free after-sales time limit

✅ 14 day appreciation period for all categories
Orders can be applied for returns or exchanges before international logistics are dispatched, and will not be accepted after the deadline (except for customized products).

‌2、Hierarchical solution

Scenario 1: Unopened material package
❶ Return and exchange conditions: Received intact outer packaging and undamaged sealing tape
❷ Handling method: Please contact our after-sales team. Our after-sales team will contact you within 24 hours to negotiate the return matter, but you will need to bear a certain return fee

Scenario 2: Quality issues with material packaging
❶ Return and exchange conditions: There may be uneven dyeing/missing parts/deteriorated raw materials (video evidence is required)
❷ Solution: We will arrange for a replacement within 72 hours after receiving your question

Scenario 3: Customized products
Customized engraving/color matching, VIP exclusive design, etc. are non refundable and non exchangeable
Solution: We will confirm with you before shipment and make every effort to ensure your satisfaction

3、Special note

⚠️ We do not accept returns for opened material packages (except for quality issues)
⚠️ The ownership of teaching videos will automatically terminate upon refund
